My must haves' are an outstanding, attractive room with zippered bags in the closet, large screen TV, large windows. Helpful, consistently courteous staff, thank you for treating me so well.

I booked outstanding and attractive room with nice views and zippered bags in the closet, for instance. The staff were accommodating and were always there to help. The location was unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from Century ii Convention Center.

The corner king room was clean and comfy. The location right on the river was beautiful. I also loved the 2 hot tubs! The catering staff provided great service during my retreat.

The spacious Queen Room was perfect for us, and we loved taking our dog along. We even walked to INTRUST Bank Arena, just a short stroll away. The staff was super friendly.
My kids wished the pool area had better ventilation to make it comfortable for families with children.
